Join Dr. Orna Triguboff, Kabbalah and yoga teacher, together with other inspiring guest facilitators for a rejuvenating Kabbalah Meditation Retreat December 2011.

Practising yoga, meditation, music and chanting all combined with Kabbalah - your mind and body will be in harmony after this uplifting weekend retreat.

Dr. Orna Triguboff will be teaching about the heart, the soul and self-awareness through Kabbalah theory, meditation and relaxation.

The retreat will take place in the refreshingly natural setting of Leura, Blue Mountains, at the Centre for Spiritual Learning.

The indoor workshop sessions will be held in a sandstone cottage, surrounded by flowers and greenery, and a nearby creek and waterfall. Guests will stay in twin share rooms, and will have nutritious vegetarian meals provided.
